Baltimore, MD – HYBRID

Resource must reside within 50 miles of one of these locations:  Charlotte NC, Dallas TX, Washington DC, Baltimore MD, Wilmington DE, or New York, NY. 

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager (PDM) for our direct client.

Responsibilities: 

• Work with development teams, business teams, and external partners to develop and communicate shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution.
• Owner of several significant portions of product’s functionality controlling all aspects of future iterations to optimize the business value of each area.
• Provide product leadership to a vibrant team of engineers and designers during analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post implementation phases.
• Communicate with external stakeholders regularly to unblock, communicate, and translate feedback bidirectionally about progress.
• Measure and review data on product changes to determine the need to iterate further.
• Understand client’s strategic and competitive position and deliver products that drive the business forward, balancing both short and long term goals.
• Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are expected.

• 5+ year(s) of experience as a product manager – with prior leadership experience, within a fast paced, rapidly changing environment is a must.
• Preference for candidates with past communications experience, within email, Text and Push channels, with experience with Adobe Campaign, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or other Communications platforms. 
• Collaboration - this is a cross-functional role and needs to be aligned with marketing and communication partners as architectural and prioritization decisions are made. Understand the needs of different teams, drive clarity in decision making, and tailor communications
• Strong interest in technical challenges, including a desire to poke around in the code for learning, and working on a broader platform team that is building tools and services for our customers
• Experience in lending or financial services / technology
